I have extensive experience working with individuals across the life-span. I work with adults of varying ages and stages in life, from adolescents to new parents and mature adults. I treat children as early as toddlerhood and throughout their school-aged years.

Life stress:  I work with adults, children, and teens on issues that affect daily functioning. These include depression, anxiety, school difficulties, disruptive behavioral problems, parenting challenges, behavioral issues at home and at school, and family struggles – including fertility and preconception challenges.

Adjustment issues:  I also assist adults and children during life transitions, such as separation, divorce, blending families, new schools, new siblings, and managing career and other role transitions.

Trauma-informed care: I am trained in several evidence-based trauma treatments, and have years of experience in this field.  I specialize in traumas pertaining to family issues, loss and bereavement, and adult and child survivors of trauma.

I have expertise in the following areas:

  •   Adult and child recovery from traumatic experiences
  •  Coping with fertility, conception difficulties, and early loss
  • Family transitions (such as adoption, separation, divorce, blended families)
  • Young adult transitions (such as adjustment to college or graduate school, and early adulthood)
